The team faced the task of relaunching the store in the markets of Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland — it did not meet the requirements of the head office and corporate UX/UI guidelines. This negatively impacted the brand’s perception and reduced the site’s conversion.
Enhance customer service to drive consistent sales growth.
A complete redesign was necessary without affecting traffic, implementing new payment methods, and improving customer service to ensure stable sales growth.
As a result of the project, conversion doubled within a year, and the average check increased by 30%.
We also tripled the speed of hypothesis testing by transitioning the e-commerce department and the outsourced development team to SCRUM.
To standardize business processes for content management in several countries and reduce support costs, we developed a project to transfer the site from the local Akinon platform to the Magento platform. Our collaboration with the company began with an acute crisis: the old Elemis brand website was facing shutdown, which would have meant a halt in sales and losses for the company.
Develop and launch a functional online store within 1.5 months.
When we started, the client only had the layout ready and there was only 1.5 months left to launch online sales. A real challenge!
In an incredibly short time, we developed the site, integrated necessary internal systems, connected external services. And we launched the product on time — not perfect at that moment, but solving the main business tasks. We continued to work with it after the launch: developing and enhancing its functionality, providing support for 4 years.
Launch from scratch with extended ERP integration and development of custom marketing campaigns.
This was the first full project completely launched by the brand’s local office. Together with them, we went through all stages of forming an internal IT department catering to e-commerce business tasks.
For the localization of this brand, the company had an ambitious goal to develop a whole complex of promotional offers for clients: intricate intersections of discounts, bonuses, and free products. Customizable templates were not enough in this case.
We developed and implemented unique settings and trained content managers to independently manage the promotion system.
We began our partnership with the L’Occitane brand, already supporting two other brands of the company.
By that time, the local L’Occitane business had grown enough to become independent of the global one. This meant building its own e-commerce from scratch, as all IT products were under the control and management of the headquarters in France.

Increase revenue and accelerate inventory turnover by utilizing stock of products not only from the online store’s warehouse but also from retail store warehouses.
Managing orders from multiple warehouses was a significant challenge. Key factors such as product availability, stock levels, delivery costs, order fulfillment times, and workload needed to be accurately calculated in real-time.
The solution involved developing custom business logic tailored to Benetton’s company structure and service level standards. To automate order flow, we implemented a combination of StarFish OMS as the front-end for omnichannel customer service and our own OMS engine for order orchestration on the back-end. The integration process took nine months, from the initial brainstorming to the full deployment of the system in all stores. The primary goal was to ensure speed and accuracy in operations, considering all factors impacting order fulfillment time and cost.
Project implementation led to a 25% revenue increase by utilizing store assortments that were previously unavailable for online sale. Conversion rates improved thanks to instant delivery from retail stores, effective reservation of items already in the store, and a 30% reduction in order fulfillment time. Additionally, the cost of order fulfillment decreased by 12% due to more efficient use of store staff.

Online Jibbitz fitting room.
We devised an entertaining clog customizer: users select the model and color, and drag decorations onto the shoes for visualization. The feature engaged users, increasing Jibbitz sales by 15%. We were the first to launch it and became an example for other markets—HQ in the USA decided to implement this solution in online stores worldwide.
As for the mobile application. The project was in the negotiation stage for almost two years. Client had doubts about the need in project as there were no applications in other branches of the company in different countries. Together we planned and deployed the project with efficient business model.
And on the first day of release, the number of downloads and sales proved how powerful it was. Application paid off the expenses within a month.
